Refund and Return Policy — Karasa

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Karasa. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to start a return

Email us at support@karasaeg.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and an address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error — in which case we cover the return cost.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or card processing times may add an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.
