We ship from Cairo, Egypt to customers worldwide.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Egyptian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping destinations and times
- Within Egypt (Greater Cairo): 1–3 business days
- Within Egypt (other governorates): 2–5 business days
- Middle East and North Africa: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. The exact rate is shown before you confirm payment.
- Within Egypt: from 45 EGP
- MENA region: from 250 EGP
- Europe: from 450 EGP
- Rest of world: from 600 EGP
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), email us at support@karasaeg.com and we will work with the carrier to locate it. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If we catch the error before shipping, we will happily correct it.
